My years spent composing music for TV and film taught me what a story really was and how emotional feelings could be expressed through different techniques. Now, acting as the director, producer, editor and composer, I can create the true essence of your story in full emotional and dramatic effect through the words, the pictures and my specialty…music.

I’ll make it “killer” – just like I did for Dave’s Killer Bread, and others. (NOTE: The original 1977 Star War’s first edit was such a disaster that George Lucas scrapped it all, hired new editors, and because of that move it became the legend it is.)

Music
Music is where it all started. As a child, I just wanted to be a great piano player and then turned that into a passion for songwriting, arranging, producing and mixing. The principles I learned about music: creation, critical thinking, structure, timing, emotion, energy, discipline, practice, vision, organizing chaos, communication, perseverance - I carry into every area of my business today.

Being a small business owner myself for over 20 years, I’ve learned a few things from my own journey of making things happen. The exercise of writing out and constantly working out my dreams to be a professional music composer and then growing into writing my first business plan back in 1999 – these core principles grew into MJ Creative Solutions and I have now advised and produced work for numerous small and medium sized business owners. I’ve also had the unique experience of working with angel investors, venture capitalists (VC) and various entrepreneurs in traditional and contemporary ventures.
I have business spreadsheets and planning tools that I have developed. It’s not overwhelming nor time consuming – I’ll show you the ropes!

A creative guy being organized? Yes, it’s true… I’m an anomaly and a misfit but really, I’ve been very obsessive about lists since I was a teenager and I truly believe they are a MAJOR secret to my own success. With free products like Google calendar and tasks, there are now fantastic tools to assist you in saving time, reducing stress and changing your life. I’ve helped other clients with this all important aspect of success and I can help you as well.
